Drywall Project-Living Room & Kitchen

Well, in order to get our house sold with a profit we had to do some work on it. Which we knew, and we bought it with plans to fix it up and sell. Well, the biggest thing is the drywall in almost the whole house. Lets just say these people are ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS when it comes to getting a drywall job done right! Ben worked for his uncles drywall company for 5 years and is definitely a Professional at it. He does little side jobs for people once in a while and they always recommend him to friends. LUCKY US! That makes fixing up the house all the more cheaper and easier for us.
Anyways, we started on our Living Room and Kitchen on January 29th and it took us longer than planned, but thats because we ran into more problems then we thought we had with it.
There are lots of pictures and there will be several post, but to show everything we had to fix, it's taking lots of pictures.
DAY 1:

Benji got everything masked off and sanded and stuff dug out that had to be replaced.

Living Room. the tan coloring above the pink is from wall paper that I steamed off almost a year ago. Sorry, I should have gotten a picture of it before ripped it all off, but I forgot.
 Kitchen
See the bulging in the wall? Yeah, turns out they didn't even butt the sheetrock together on a stud, which caused it to do this. Ben had to dig it all out and fill it in, which made our project take way longer than planned.
Kitchen Window. Ben was doing the scraping on the window frame and seal and got to noticing under the paint was a little wet. So he went to town on ripping out all the sheetrock. Once he got into it, we saw that there was very little insulation in there and some of the boards we not even nailed to anything and because of this VERY POOR sealing... caused moisture and what little insulation was in there was sopping wet. grrr... anyways, Ben re-nailed new boards in to make a better fame, insulated it good, caulked it all off to seal out the moisture, and then he had to get new sheetrock and fix that.
 Kyzer's favorite part... The Ladder!
 My little Cutie
Under the Living Room window. more bulging and cracks.
Kitchen. They didn't even butt the sheetrock together in the corners...RIDICULOUS!
This was one of the bulges in the Living Room. This one was the most work.
