Fort Knox Family Day 6/5/10

Here is a little video of a part of our Mill tour. It is a little damp inside because of the water they have to run thru the crushers so after a little bit my camera fogs up making it a bit hard to see what is going on, but if you look hard you can see the rocks on the belts. It was pretty neat! While we were in there Ben asked about how much Electricity is running thru the mill and they said it's always running between 30 to 32mw, where the entire city of Fairbanks runs right about 30mw, so there is a LOT of power running that place, and thats just the mill! They say it gets pretty crazy when the power goes out, and i can only imagine!
