Yes, that is right. Our sweet pup Trigger was hit by a car while i was in Anchorage this past week. It is so sad, but i am glad i was not the one here to find him. Ben took care of everything for me! Shooter had a horrible time! Ben said that he cried and cried and almost pulled his stake out of the ground so he moved triggers body next to his house for a while so he wouldn't get away and ruin his chain. Ben said he just laid by him and cried and licked him trying to make him better. Trigger was the more out going one and Shooter just followed him everywhere so he is a pretty lost little pup right now. We are trying to give him all the extra love possible so that he won't just lay around and die on us too. He seems to be doing better these last couple of days and we hope it stays that way. So, apparently we don't have good luck with dogs, which is hard, loosing a dog is like loosing a member of your family and we have gone though it twice in less than a year. I hope that our luck will only get better from here on out! Trigger you will be greatly missed!
That is so sad he was such a cute pup! I cried when Shaine told me the story about shooter. Hope you guys have better luck with him.
